Meet Karolynn
Background
Karolynn has always held a passion for helping others. "Just an ordinary girl from New Zealand", she was unwilling to accept her own limiting belief.
Finding herself living in the UK for 15 years, and now settled in Australia, she enjoyed a successful career in organisational learning and development, which provided a solid understanding of people and how we learn.
Here, the early signs of a coaching passion were born.
Determined to train and work with the best in the world, Karolynn successfully passed a grueling Coaching Academy. A pass rate of around 1%.
Her dream came true, she became a Results Coach for Tony Robbins.
Karolynn had found her calling.
She thrives on helping people transform their lives, and create the future they desire. Using a unique combination of NLP, positive psychology and neuroscience, her style is one of care, compassion and honesty....with a dose of accountability to follow through.
This, along with a personal interest in brain health, peak performance, her mission is to elevate, move and make a difference through understanding our Inside Perspective.
